It Had to Happen

In her first book, Kierra A. Carter makes bold assertion about her belief that everything you go through is a process for your purpose. There is no way you can control what happens to you in life, but you are in complete control of how you react to any situation. It Had to Happen! Kierra’s testimony will empower and encourage you to observe every event in life as a lesson. Rather than asking, “Lord why me?”, ask instead: “Lord what are you trying to teach me?”. Kierra’s message to you is this: Your life is not your own, and you should be open about the events that occur in your life so that you can bless those who may have had similar experiences. You may be able to relate to this book, and you may not. But, the ultimate purpose is to show how God can give you beauty for your ashes. You have to be thankful for the little things so that God can bless you with greater. This book is to encourage you to trust the process because sometimes things in life happen for us rather than to us. Remember that olives are crushed to make oil and that grapes are crushed to make wine. The very thing that was crushed in your life is the very thing that is going to bring you strategy, value, and manifestation in your life. It Had to Happen! It Had to Happen is featured in Next Chapter Ben’s Boyz, Hopkins Middle School, and Morris College libraries.

    PRONTO

“It Had to Happen” had to happen! This book was right on time. If you’ve ever been discouraged, ever wondered your “why”, ever felt like an outcast, ever need that extra motivation, then this is the book you should be reading. I’ll be patiently waiting on Ms. Carter’s next publication. I finished this book in one night it was so good. I’ve never felt so seen and so connected to an author’s story like I did this one. I don’t know what you’re waiting on, but you need to be adding this to your cart PRONTO!”

“As Kierra shares her story of perseverance and persistence, you’ll be reminded that God is working it all out for your good. I love how rather than allowing her hardships to discourage her, she looked for deeper the lesson in it, distilled it and allowed it to motivate her even more. This would be an amazing feat coming from anyone, but the fact that, she is still so young and just in her twenties, is mind-blowing. The energetic voice in which she tells her story is so refreshing and there are so many times when I found myself bursting into laughter. I thoroughly enjoyed every page and was mad every time I was interrupted and had to put it down. I know she will have an amazing story to tell in the sequels (yes, plural) to come and I joyfully look forward to them.”

I literally read the entire book in within a few hours. So good I couldn’t put it down ! I’m so glad the enemy didn’t win and caused you not to publish your first book ! I look forward to the sequel. Congratulations Queen.”
